Wilde è entusiasta di presentare a Basilea l’ultima serie del fotografo svizzero Yann Gross. In “Greetings”, Yann Gross esplora i cambiamenti in atto nel mondo contemporaneo attraverso la figura della palma.
In “Greetings”, Yann Gross esplora i cambiamenti in atto nel mondo contemporaneo attraverso la figura della palma. Un tempo simbolo di prosperità e di evasione, oggi la figura della palma incarna i paradossi del nostro mondo globalizzato. L’artista guarda metaforicamente al modo in cui queste piante, diventate specchio dell’umanità, entrino in contrasto con questioni ambientali e sfide sociali.
