Alexandra Baumgartner, How like a leaf I am, 2018-24
“How like a leaf I am“ by Alexandra Baumgartner illuminates the complex relationships between humans and plants. Through photographs and audio installations, the exhibition encourages reflection on our responsibility to protect and preserve biodiversity.
Baumgartner combines a documentary approach with artistic interventions to create a space for reflection and exploration. The exhibition features various installations that make the significance and value of plant biodiversity tangible. Through collaboration with the Seed Carriers collective, interdisciplinary perspectives and methodological approaches are integrated. The exhibition is accompanied by a comprehensive mediation program offering interactive and immersive formats.
